Ceroc

Ceroc is as a popular social dance sometimes referred to as ‘Modern Jive’. It is derived from many other dances including French Jive, Swing, Lindy Hop, and Rock and Roll, the main change being simplified footwork which makes it more accessible to beginners.

Ceroc is an abbreviation of the French phrase c’est Rock, used to describe rock n’ roll dancing in France.
